Canadian Mission to the United Nations -- Financial analysis and reports resulting in its relocation to 1 Dag Hammarksjold Plaza.
Consulate-General of Canada -- Financial engineering resulting in lease restructuring at 1251 Avenue of the Americas (65,000 SF).
County NatWest Inc. -- Financial analysis of long-term alternatives for 120,000 square feet, resulting in a relocation to 175 Water Street.
Digital Equipment Corporation -- Financial analyses involving relocations and renegotiations of more than 100,000 square feet, primarily in New Jersey.
Finland Consulate-General and Mission to the UN -- Financial analysis and reports resulting in the relocation of the Consulate-General to 866 United Nations Plaza, plus the renewal of the Mission's lease at that property, totalling 35,000 square feet. GRE Insurance Group -- Financial analysis and reports involving transactions in Cincinnati, Princeton and New York totalling 60,000 square feet.
Instinet Corporation (Reuters) -- Financial analysis and reports resulting in its relocation to 150,000 square feet at 875 Third Avenue.
Macmillan Inc. -- Analysis of escalation charges to its tenants at 866 Third Avenue, plus development of strategies to maximize the value of the property which contributed to its ultimate sale.
McGraw-Hill School Publishing Corporation -- Financial analysis & reports resulting in relocation to 145,000 SF at 10 Union Square East.
NYNEX Information Services -- Financial analysis and reports resulting in its relocation to One Penn Plaza.
Population Council -- Financial analysis and reports resulting in its relocation to 44,000 square feet at 1 Dag Hammarksjold Plaza.
Shereff Friedman Hoffman & Goodman -- Financial analysis of relocation and lease recast scenarios resulting in the law firm's relocation to 105,000 square feet at 405 Lexington Avenue.
Skidmore Owings & Merrill -- Financial analysis and reports resulting in the restructuring of its 52,000 SF lease in San Francisco.
